Ursula’s primary focus is working with internal support groups to help them adapt their behaviors to achieve leveraged business partnerships with clients. She applies a consulting skills model to make the connection between behaviors—performance—results. Ursula has created a credibility sequence for high performing professionals.

A committed community volunteer, Ursula’s interest in Canada’s third sector has led her to focus a portion of her practice on not-for-profit governance, outcomes development and Board and management alignment.
